I'm a 39 year old male who just ran his first 1/2 marathon last weekend. I finished in 1:53:41. Which is a 8:41 minute pace. Is it possible for me to decrease this to a 7 minute pace within 5 months? Any advice is greatly appreciated on how to decrease my time. Thanks, Darrin
