I'm new here. I have my first half marathon in quite some time coming up in about a week and a half. my longest run thus far has been 14 miles (including a warm up jog before a stretch) which was yesterday.
I've done quite a few races this year, fastest times this year include a 5k time was 19:21, 1st 10k time was 41:27 (I ran the first half too conservatively), and I ran a 15k in 62:43. All of these were accomplished within the last 2 months. Wondering what kind of a pace I should keep. I tend to keep consistent pacing throughout with little variance at mile markers. Any ideas?
