Hoping this is the right forum for this....

For the last few months I've included weight/resistance training to my regimen. I'm doing higher reps (rather than heavier weight) to get more of an endurance benefit than a muscle mass increase.

I'm starting to wonder if I need to increase my aerobic training to offset the muscle work.

Here's my reasoning. If my muscle mass increases, there's more muscle to feed oxygen to. In addition, having muscles produce more power means I need to produce more energy (supplied by food and oxygen).

Is this a correct thought, or should I even be considering this?
