There has been much written about the merits of running whilst listening to music. Mostly this is a subjective issue; however there one thing that is certain;running with music that aligns its beat (rhythm) to your running cadence (steps) has many benefits.
There are millions of songs available but rarely to they actually benefit your running training performance.
There is no better sensation than running consistently in rhythm with your music. The time flys and effort is perceptively less. :D
