Woke up yesterday with a swollen/sore eyelid/eyeball (help needed)

whats up guys. i've been having this problem with my right eye since waking up yesterday. my upper eyelid is swollen and the inner corner (?) becomes painful under pressure (i.e. me touching it). i realize i'm not a man of medical terms so i thought it'd help to show a picture....
