My kid was just diagnosed with Accommodative Esotropia, what should I do?

Hello, guys. My kid was complaining on his eyes and we also noticed he looked strange, so we took him to the ophthalmologist. He was just diagnosed with accommodative esotropia. We would like to know what to do next. Can anyone help with some advice? My wife and I would appreciate it.

Could I wear contact lenses if my eyes get itchy due to allergies?
