Left eye hurts when exsposed to bright light or sunlight.

I dont kno wats going on with my eye on morning i woke up and my eye was hurting from the sunlight and bright lights even if my eye is closed the light can hurt it

my three old have tissue thats hanging from the corner of his eye which is red and when you lift up the eyelid it has puss underneath the eyelid . when he wakes up its hard for him to open his eye because its stuck together with crust white stuff coming from it.
