My eyes are filled with sleep all day long. What can be done to fix the problem?

My eyes fill with sleep all day long, I use a Kleenex to wipe out the fluid but it continues over and over again. This has been going on for about 4 years what can be done to fix the problem? Dave.

Pinguecula

My husband has just been diagnosed as having pinguecula in both eyes on the sclera. His doctor thinks that removing them is possible but they may come back worse. I am very worried and I don’t think that he should do it if it is not necessary. Has anyone had pinguecula removed?
