red swelling under eye for 2 years ish

Hi there

basically under my right eye and around it, its been puffy for about 2 years,

its red and puffy, most people describe it as it looks like a black eye and the puffyness goes around the eye but its worse underneath

its not painfull at all

it sometimes seems worse in the mornings when i get up

ive had a blood test which all came back fine, and also a ct scan which all came back fine, no one can seem to find out what it is

some days are worse than others with the swelling, but its always there

any ideas?
