Headaches and Vision Problems

Hi. I suffer from chronic headaches and my doctor told me I have migraine. These headaches are really painful. Now, a vision problem has occurred. My vision is somehow blurred and sometimes I have flashing lights in my left eye. Is there a connection between headaches and vision problems?

Im having black spots impairing my vision

Im a 26 yo marine vet after experiencing the same problem with these little blackspots like a movie film burning up on screen and being at risk of a heartattack due to cholesterol levels at 300 i called tje VA my doctor said i need to come in and get examined for a stroke. Is this a viable answer
