Hello, there. My friend has some vision problems. He has partial vision loss. After serious of tests, it appears that this condition of his is caused by MS. I would really like to know something more about the link between these two entities. Your help is more than welcomed. Thanks. Bye!

Hello. Optic neuritis is also called retrobulbar neuritis. This condition is also the first sign of multiple sclerosis. Usually people complain on blurred vision. Partial or total loss of vision is also possible. That is why every optic neuritis must be examined thoroughly. The first thing that a doctor should suspect is MS.
