behcet's disease hla

Somebody mentioned at a dinner the other night that they have finally found the cause of behcet's disease. Apparently, it is the gene HLA. Did you know this? Has this been proven to be the cause of behcet's disease in all cases now? Please share your knowledge about the subject.
