My 5 year old daughter is cross-eyed - is surgery risky?

Hello, there. I have a problem. My 5 year old daughter is cross-eyed. Her ophthalmologist recommends surgery, but I am still not sure. I would like to know if this operation is risky or not. What can you tell me about this? I would really appreciate all your opinions. Bye, folks!

pupil larger than other after eye injury

Hello--I was hit directly in the left eye with a large ice cube, had severe pain and could not see. Vision came back, I am on anti-inflammatory drops and now my left pupil is a lot larger than the right. Will this go away in time? thanks wendi

As far as I can remember I have problems with my sinuses. In the past two weeks my eyelids have been swollen. My husband is a nurse and he thinks that comes from my sinuses. What should I do? Do swollen eyelids have to do anything whit my sinus trouble?
