Flu causing vision problems?

Hi, I am 37 years old and I had classic virus flu. It did last for a week with the usual symptoms. The problem is, after the flu was gone I started having headaches and vision problems. Could flu be causing all that? If it is, what should I do, does that mean that the virus is still present?
