tingling with pain in the right arm while working out on treadmill

I am 39 yrs old and use the treadmill. But as I start walking on a treadmill after 10 min I get a pain with tingling sensation in my right arm and I have to clutch the handle of the treadmill or bend my elbow close to the body so that i can continue walking.

wheezing after exercise, what should i do?!

so recently I've slowly started to exercise (5 minutes on a cross trainer) and I've noticed that i'm wheezing afterwards for about 10-15 minutes, any idea whats wrong with me?!
