Hi I am 17 years old, 184cm, 96 kg. I have been doing Jogging three months ago, having on diet and it reduce my weight from 105kg to 96kg. Should I reduce more weight to build muscle? And What is the first step to build muscle? I want it to be healthy not too big muscle and no steroid.
