Hi I am 17 years old, 184cm, 96 kg. I have been doing Jogging three months ago, having on diet and it reduce my weight from 105kg to 96kg. Should I reduce more weight to build muscle?

Your height and weight sound reasonable to me, as long as you are well proprotioned. I would think that if you started an exercise program using wieghts, you wouldn't have to worry about loosing any weight.
I would look on the net for sites that can recommend muscle building programs that you can apply to yourself. There are many out there that could be helpful. I did a search on Google using the search string "how to build muscle through weights" and found numerous useful sites.
