Hi, I am 21 years old and I have started with body building several weeks ago. I want to gain muscles but I am not so sure which program is the best because there are so many out there. If someone has some good advice or training program which showed results I am willing to hear.

Questio about Backpack Effects

I feel like I have tingling in my arms and blotchy hands and decreased blood flow on both sides but especially my left when I add any kind of weight to my backpack. Otherwise I'm fine w/o the pack. I've had this problem for 20 yrs. Anyone have this problem? What is going on?
