Hi, I am 21 years old and I have started with body building several weeks ago. I want to gain muscles but I am not so sure which program is the best because there are so many out there. If someone has some good advice or training program which showed results I am willing to hear.

Hi, first of all as you are practically beginner you don't need more than two exercises for every muscle group. Also you don't need to spend more than 45 minutes or one hour in the gym. You would practice 3-4 sets per exercise not more than 8 repetitions. Also you need to eat more but your meals have to be split in 6-7 smaller meals.
