Hi, I would like to ask someone who is working in the gym something about energy intake. I have problem because every time I go home from the gym after training I feel totally crushed. The only thing I can do is to go to the bed and fall asleep. How much energy should I take daily by your opinion? I am going to the gym for over the year and this is happening last month.

I am not familiar with your training schedule or your body weight but I can recommend you some things. First if you are practice more then one hour dont do it because you will just exhausted yourself no matter how much energy you take. I would recommend you around 3000 calories per day and see how it will work for you.
