Hi, I have been planning to start workout training for some time. I am a twenty five years old man and I just want to get bigger very fast. Some of my friends have suggested a couple of programs. The one I liked best was John Hansen training. What can you tell me about it?

Does weightlifting affect the growth of a 13 year old boy?

I'm 13 years old and lift 5 pound dumbells on each arm. All I do is bicep curls until failure and I also hold out the weights at ,y sides for as long as I can. Would this stunt my growth.  Any reply is appreciated! Thanks!
