i work out quite a bit, i do ariobic winsor pilates, run 45min on the treadmil and do almost 2 hours of toneing. i also swim and hike so i do not know why my body is being so weird. at first when i statred my routine i was seeing results and got where i wanted but then it just statred going down hill very fast even though nothing i was doing was changing. i still ate the same and worked out the same so i do not understand. i use to have all this natural energy but now i have none what so ever. i need lots of coffee and energy supplements to get me to wake up at all. also i get dehydrated very easily and my hands, feet, ankels and stomach swell like crazy which makes me feel even more heavy, tried and tight. i am on brithcontrol and i thought maybe it was it causeing the weirdness so i switched from yasmin to ortho but i am still sweeling as a matter of fact it worse like way worse. i do not know what it wrong with me. also i sometimes drink a lot when i go out and after i drink my body swells like to the max its weird and unconfortable. i hate it. it was never like this before it has on't been like this sense january so what ever happened to me its stealing my energy and making be unconfortably swell. so if someone could give me some advice i would greatly apperciate it!
