Fall after Gallbladder removal

I had my gallbladder removed on October 7th. Last night, October 15th, I accidentally stepped on my cats tail, which caused me to fall onto a wall. I am now sore on my upper right side of my stomach right around my rib cage. It also feels tight right there. Should I go to the doctor for this??
