Heart ByPass Surgery

I had Heart Bypass surgery 3 weeks before. I have fever 101 to 103 degrees and back pain continously for 3days. Doctor did blood work and heart xray and could'nt find anything. He just took ultra sound and waiting for the result. Did anybody come across this kind of situation. Any suggestions...
