Your symptoms indicate you are under stress from time to time and this is generating anxiety. There are a number of things you can do to correct this without meds and one of those things is exercise. When you feel these symptoms coming on see if you can't get up and take a brisk walk and while you are doing that think of pleasant things to remove thoughts that are causing the anxiety. If you can't walk at the time perhaps you are at work and have to wait for lunch ot when you go home again try to think of pleasants things you know of and dwell on those. Do this like you are meditating and this will bring your brain to an alpha state which is a very calm state where you can maintain control. Check on the Internet about Alpha brain waves and the great thing they can do for you.
