Hurt my elbow real bad

Slammed door on my finger

Uh. I slammed door on my finger and it hurts like hell. Now, my finger is kind of a red, or purple. Don`t know what to do. Maybe it will just pass on its` own? The pain has stopped, but fear that maybe my finger is broken?

Are stress fractures common?

Hi, I am 37 years old and I am having problems with my wrists. I practice martial arts every day and it looks like bones in my wrists are getting easily damaged. Doctor said that those types of fractures belong to stress fractures. Are they common? Will that be happening always?
