extreme constipation, palpitations, numbness of the back, high blood pressure and unstable HR

Lately, I have been having extreme constipation, palpitations, numbness of the back, high blood pressure and my heart rate will go from 80 to 140 in a split second. I have suspected Sleep apnea, but some of the symptoms don't fit that profile. Thanks for any response.
