Penis, need helo, any repose is cool.

I have a little bump on my shaft of my penis. Been there for like 3 years now I believe and it doesn't hurt or irratate. I even took a std recently testing for all std damn near all and negative of all but still had this bump. I wonder what it could be? Any ideas?

Swollen spermatic cord after Inguinal Hernia Surgery

I had switchers about a week ago and the surgon said it was a pretty good size hernia, he removed the hernia sack but to do this he had to remove it from then spermatic cord, so it's pretty swollen still..
