I am a 14 Year old male. When hard, my penis is about 3.5 in.
I am getting a little worried about if it will ever get bigger and what to do if a girl makes a comment about it being small.

3-4" is average for a 13-14 year old. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
No girl that you are close enough to have sex with should ever make a comment about your penis. You wouldn't say anything about her breasts for example now would you?
