Hello,I have a question about the suspensory ligament which helps to hold the penis upwards during erection - is it visible from outside, if not can it be felt with fingers? I suspect that it is near the pubic bone 1-2 inches away from the visible part of the penis, after the pubic fat pad. I noticed that some penises have protruding lines on top of the base which connect with the body, you can see it in the links below.

Are these lines indeed the ligament? I am confused because in one of the pictures it can be seen that these “lines” are just big veins, but on the other pictures it looks like it is a hard tissue and not just veins. Does anyone know if the suspensory ligament should be visible or not, thanks in advance!

Hey there I believe it is possible to see the outlines of the suspensory ligaments mainly in skinny people when there isn't any fat covering them. The first image seemed to be veins but the second looked more like the ligament.
