i have 2 disc like lumps behind my nipples

Ok so for a while now my left testicle has been heaps bigger than the right. Its really vainyit doesnt hurt or feel incomportable so i havnt done anything about it. so is this something to be worried about? i dont think its been getting bigger but i havnt really been to woried about it.
