I'm a fairly health 32 year old male of slim build.
For the last 11 days I've had this pressure feeling in my lower abdomen..Most prevalent when I'm sitting, I get this tingling feeling that radiates to my bladder, that makes me feel as though I have to pee, even when I don't.When I do urinate, the stream seems fine, it doesn't burn or anything..Although sometimes it feels like I didn't empty completely.
My lower stomach is becoming very tense and distended feeling, maybe because I'm really anxious about this or something else..It also feels kinda like trapped gas or constipation? But for 11 days?! It almost disappears when I'm walking or laying down, but I can't sit for very long without feeling it. I mostly concerned about the tingling feeling, and weird sensations in the lower abdomen area. Any ideas?
Here's a little history:
-I hurt my lower back many years ago, a week prior to this problem I was trying to work the lumber area with a tennis ball just to loosen it up, not because of any pain.
-Had a sever panic attack 2 days prior to this starting about an unrelated issue.
-I've been taking a statin for 6 months
-I take antihistimes frequently.
-Also a day or two before this started I had episodes where I was drinking a lot of Coca Cola and had to pee, but didn't get to the bathroom when I should have and it started to hurt. (i know holding pee isn't good for you.)
I just am clueless as to whats going on..Anyone have similar experiences or advice? If it keeps going on, I'll eventually make an appt with my Doctor.
