Hand Tremors

My hand would regularly shake when i am holding something, like a knife or a cup and saucer. It is constantly pointed out to me. I regularly without realising would start my leg shaking too. Usually by putting it on a nerve and it just trembles but i do it uncontrollably. What do ya think?
