I have been having these symptoms for 3 years now but the vertigo is recent. I have been to so many specialists but no one knows what is it. It is so debilitating. I am questioning going to mayo clinic for a diagnosis because I just want to get better. I am cold always in my hands, and when I exercise my hands get swollen, blotchy and dry. I have some moods swings, and irritability. I want to know what you guys think it be. I have had mri, ct scans, and come but not all blood work. If you have any suggestions !

Hey man. Let me tell you this, the vertigo can't be a good thing at all. But, having chronic headaches is quite often around people, for example, I am suffering from the same condition. As far as for your cold and numb hands, this could potentially indicate on iron deficiency in your hands but I think that there is a way to treat it, if that is the issue. Have you had the mood swings and irritability since your childhood or puberty, because that might be just your personality and nothing health related? keep us posted all the time and let us know what you found out.
