Lyme and ALS?

I`m in the late stage neurologic lyme disease – I was tested for lyme (LUAT, PCR, and was PCR positive). Also, I have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis symptoms. The prognosis and disease development are entirely consistent with ALS. Therefore, I have ALS?

life expectancy for motor neurone disease

Are there any motor neurone disease patients here? I could really do with some support here. I am currently 54, and have had some problems with muscle movement and now doctors are suspecting that I might have motor neurone disease and they are running some tests.
