i have had a turp over 1 year ago its helped during day but nights i still have to get up 5-6 times feels like something pressing against my bladder, when after i void even just walking across floor i feel this pressure could avodart help after turp? how about alpha blockers? also when urge comes to void during night its always with a erection what a head ache. :-(
