Hello, there. It seems that when I am asleep, I gnash my teeth. I grinded off my teeth. My friend tells me this condition is known as bruxism. I will really need help with this. What should I do? I would like to keep my teeth if possible. Thanks for all replies.

Strange lump on my left top gum
