So today I was giving my boyfriend oral, and I noticed some tiny bumps on his penis near the head, and they were very small and flesh colored. I couldn't really tell what they were, and I got worried so I stopped. Just now, I noticed that the back of my throat there are big red bumps, and I think they're just circumvalate papillae, but they are enlarged for some reason. Does anyone have any idea what they could be? The reason for their enlargement? Or possibly, the small, flesh colored bumps on my boyfriend's penis? Thank you so much, I'm just scared out of my wits that I might have some sort of STI!
