my tongue is hurting at the bottom

I got my tongue pierced about two weeks ago, its not infected or anything. But the bottom of my tongue is hurting, is normal for my tongue to be hurting even though its not infected and I had it only for two weeks, should the pain be slowing down or not hurting at all?

i think it also moved up to my parotid gland. they hurt when aggitated, but not when left alone. My dentist aslo noticed that I had an enflamed soft pallette on the right side. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, but does anyone know what this could be. I was just guessing some kind if virus :|
