This is strange for me. I am a 21 year old male. For some reason when I am hungry (usually in the morning) my stomach hurts because I am hungry. But this is no ordinary growling. My stomach HURTS! It cringes. My head hurts and my mouth salivates like crazy! At the point this happens, I am not hungry, but when the pain stops, I am hungry again. I eat and I am fine. Why does this happen? I eat normally. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Any possible reasons why this happens?

I know what you are talking about.
Lets start with the simplest.
Your mouth salivates cause your body wants food (Saliva is one of the many ways our body breaks down food). I get the pain you are talking about, the hungry pain that hurts so bad it makes you not hungry. I have found drinking a little orange juice, or strong flavored juice drink tends to help with this pain and makes it go away so you can eat. (juice has sugars and the calories your body is screaming for) If you usually get this pain in the morning it could be how long your going with out a meal or food in general. Try eating a later dinner, or maybe a small snack an hour before you go to bed. The only thing I do not get is the headach. Headach's happen for many reason, when were tired, thristy.
Hope any of this helps
