i am 19 years old and ive chewed tobacco for just about a year...i recently noticed a very small sore on the upper right side of my gums..it has been there for about 4 days and it does not hurt unless i press on it or rub against it. i also have had a sore throat for 2 days and i have a constant feeling of mucous in my throat..i do not know what kind of sore this could be and i am starting to become very worried and freaked out. does anyone know what this could be.

That sore could be for a number of reasons but I would see a doctor about it. Sores are caused by issues related to tobacco usually are NOT good so see one as soon as possible okay?
