ALLERGIC TO LEMONS?

Sometimes when I have a drink or meal made with pure lemons or (as in the case last night) I had lemon juice on my pancakes I wake in the morning with a bad headache, nausea and feeling faint. I'm not actually sick. It lasts about 4 hours and makes me feel awful. Could it be the lemon? :-(
