14 Year Old Penis Problem Ejacultation

Guys I have a problem. I am 14 years old boy and when I ejaculated 10 minutes ago, I saw white stuff come not like the normal clear stuff. I have barely hit puberty and am really scared of puberty being over already. I barely have armpit hair, have some pubic hair and penis is about 3 inches.
