The tip of my penis hurts when I touch it

During masturbation or oral sex with my gurlfriend, when the tip of my circumsised penis is touched, I get a sting of slight pain and discomfort. What can I do to get rid of this issue. I want to be able to enjoy sexual pleasure, but It's hard to without at some point touching the inner tip.
