Hi! I was diagnosed with OCD which came as no surprise to me, but still. Since I am wary of the classical methods for treating this disorder and have no idea what else to do, I hope to find someone to tell me what possible alternative OCD treatment would be recommended?

Hi! I have been told that there may be no cure for obsessive-compulsive disorder but I still believe that it may not be completely true. Can someone tell me what kind of methods of treatment are used to help people with OCD so that it does not rule their everyday life?
