HoLEP and Inguinal hernia

Somewhere in some early research. I believe I saw a reference that said a HoLEP could not be performed in the case where there was an existing repaired inguinal hernia.  I can't find the reference now.  Does anyone know if this is true?Thanks!

blood in semen

after masterbating i noticed blood in semen, not separately but the colour of the semen was red. thereafter i did not do it again since last 12 days. i do not feel any problems whatsoever. i am 66. what could be the reason ?
