When you consistently train at a very slow speed for a long time do you lose speed?

When you consistently train at a very slow speed for a long time (like 9 minutes per mile and you are capable of doing 6 minutes per mile), do you actually lose speed? Or do you keep the same speed as you had before? I'm worried about this because I'm planning to do a ton of summer...

Does taking walk breaks during a run hindering my progress?

If it's cool to do that, how often can I take these breaks? I'm not training for speed or anything, just wanting to get into good shape and maintain it. Do...

Hi, What do you guys do when you get diahreahh? I seem to get it anytime I eat anything with fiber in it and not enough protein. Only problem is it takes 300g of protein/day to fill me and I can sometimes feel sharp pains behind me and fear that it is my kidneys. Oh, and high carb mushy...
