effexor xr withdrawl

I have been on effexor xr 225 mg for about 10 years. I take 3- 75mg tablets in the morning. How should I start to wean myself off of this drug? Should I decrease 1 capsule to start? I want to FEEL again. Also, I simply can't afford this drug. Any help would be appreciated.

meth after effects

I have been clean for two years after ten years of HEAVY meth use. Is it normal to still be so tired by 7pm every evening. Is this a lingering effect of the drug, or is there possibly some kind of deficiancy caused by the use that can be treated?
