could neuropathy be causing skin changes

My wife has neuropathy. She is 55 years old. Now the bruises have started to appear on her left leg, and on her arm. The skin is starting to be dark then purple. Is there any connection between neuropathy and these bruises? Could neuropathy be causing skin changes? Any help would be appreciated.

pimple like dots/ skin plateau all over arms and stomack

i have these tiny pimple like dots that broke out on my arms. it does not itch or pop like pimples.there just kinda there. in some places( mostly on my stomack) there are red patches that seem almost swollen? like a plateau, very small also not itchy, just annoying. any ideas?
