Its probably just a pimple.
Its a very moist, warm area.
We have pores everywhere including our genitals.
As long as its not a cluster, and isnt very painful, its fairly safe to assume its just a pimple. Check with your doctor if it gets worse, or they are reoccuring just to be sure.
